It's the two former games aggregated with only two new bad ending scenes (one for each chapter). I don't know if there is any change in the texts, I played skipping just to have an overview.

I see some new scenes added to each part and some of the endings expanded upon. Wish you would make a proper slowburn set in this universe. The rules in this post apocalyptic world are unique and make for interesting scenarios.
Edit: The second part has lot of new scenes.
